Our dynamic self-service web builder offers the capability to deploy distinct bots on various pages.
The supported Providers are:
Facebook
CommVersion
Podium
Rental Heroes
Bricks + Agent
Tapi
In Web Builder Navigate to the Settings Section then Bots.
Click on +Extension to set up your bot with the information your provider has given you.
Name the Bot, Select your provider from the dropdown list then enter the ID from your chosen provider. The ID is usually a unique set of characters or numbers eg 9923393c-f7e0-4da6-b349-5b333178a10d
If you want to bot to show on all pages, click the toggle "Assign The Extension To All Pages?" Usually this would be set for a general chat bot across your site.
To set up a bot to only show on a specific page or pages, follow the steps below.
Select Bot Pages from the menu, then hover over the ellipses and click edit
Select the bot from the Extension dropdown list and click on save.
