Setting Up the FormsLive Integration
REI Forms Live is an online platform that lets real estate agencies create, manage and store legally compliant contracts and forms, all in one place.
Through the Zenu integration, key property and contact details flow directly from the CRM into REI Forms Live, reducing double-handling, improving accuracy and making it faster for your team to prepare agreements.
Accessing FormsLive
You can access FormsLive within any listing by navigating to the Images/Docs tab.
Click the orange + icon to begin. This will open My Settings > Connect With, where you can log in to your FormsLive account.
Important: Make sure the State selected matches your office’s registered state, as this controls which forms are available.
Connecting and Using FormsLive
Once you’ve successfully logged in, the FormsLive panel will appear on the Images/Docs tab of the listing.
From here, you can create a new form by choosing from the available templates. Simply select your template, enter the required details and click Save.
Viewing Your Saved Forms
After saving, your completed or in-progress documents will appear in the FormsLive section of the listing, allowing you to download or continue editing them at any time.
