To add a widget such as a Google Reviews widget or an Instagram feed, we recommend using a 3rd party widget service such as Elfsight.
Elfsight hosts widgets for reviews, social feeds, chat, and more, and any of them can be added to your pages using the built in iFrame widget.
Step 1: Choose and set up your widget
Go to the Elfsight widget library and find the widget you'd like to use (for example, Google Reviews or Instagram Feed).
Configure the widget with your business details, then order/install it.
Step 2: Get your widget's Share Link
Once your widget is set up in your Elfsight dashboard:
Find the widget and click Install.
Switch to the Share Link tab and click Copy Link.
This link will look something like:
https://442ee0d83cf24f0e8c11412acc591fc7.elf.site
Most widgets (including Google Reviews and Instagram Feed) offer a Share Link. A few widget types (Banner, Contact Form, Form Builder, Popup, Slider, Subscription Form) don't, see the note at the end of this article if that applies to you.
Step 3: Add the iFrame widget to your page
In the page editor, open Add Section and go to Third Party Integrations.
Select the iFrame widget and add it to your page.
Step 4: Add your Share Link
Click the Edit (pencil) icon on the iFrame widget.
Under the Content tab, find the iFrame Source field.
Paste the Share Link you copied in Step 2, then save.
Your widget will now display on your website.
If your widget doesn't have a Share Link
Open the widget in your Elfsight dashboard and copy its Widget ID from the URL (the part after the last slash).
Remove the hyphens from the Widget ID.
Build your own share link using this format:
https://YOURWIDGETIDWITHOUTHYPHENS.elf.site
For example:
https://6b71ec7fb3ad4df7b4e6291714fe957f.elf.siteUse this link as your iFrame Source in Step 4 above.
Note: you won't see the widget content when opening this link directly in a browser, that's expected. It will display correctly once it's placed in the iFrame Source field on your page.
