How can I allow Team Members to add their own Contact Tags?

To follow the below instructions, you require the ability to edit office settings.

1. Please head to the office settings located in the hamburger menu in Zenu.

2. Please click Preferences > Office Preferences

3. Please click into Contacts where you will find the toggle to turn on the option to allow Team Members to add their own Contact Tags on/off.
