How to create a new Sharing Pod

Navigate to Settings located in the hamburger menu in Zenu

Go to USERS & PERMISSIONS > SHARING PODS

​

Click on ADD POD to create a new sharing pod.
​
​

Give the Pod a Name
​
​

Select the Team Members that will be in the sharing pod
​
​

Enable the Pod's permissions
​
​

Select a Default Email Signature (if applicable)
​
​

Save.
