1. Head to the office settings located in the hamburger menu in Zenu.
2. Click into Preferences > Advanced Filter Defaults
3. To delete a filter, please click the red 'delete' button on the right side of the screen on the filter you wish to delete.
3. To add an Advanced filter please click on the button 'Add Filter' at the top of this page
4. Add your contact filter requirements, name the filter and then "save filter"
