When creating an SMS, it is important to remember that the formating is different then with email.
The SMS template is not able to recognise formatting, for example, a new line. - all SMS templates and typed messages have to be written in one continuous paragraph.
Incorrect SMS Format:
Hey {contact.first_name}, I know you have been emailing Brent about Green St and just wanted to know if you had any other questions about the property.
If you do, please don't hesitate to contact me, otherwise we may see you at the open home at 1pm tomorrow.
