When processing an early release of deposit for the full amount, remove the commission and marketing fields in order to create a remittance advice, for the outstanding commission amount.
The Total to Us figures (commission and marketing) are included in the overall totals.
Because of this, when transferring the full amount to the Vendor/Vendor Solicitor you will view the pop-up "The Trust Closing Balance cannot be less than zero". Select OK
