What to do if + Attendee is not visible on Mobile?

When checking in attendees at an OFI using a mobile device or tablet, it is necessary to know how to troubleshoot when a function is not working or visible.

In this case, the add attendee button is not visible on mobile view.

Don't worry! This has an easy fix!

Just flip your phone horizontally; it should appear in the top right corner.

Your orientation may be locked if it doesn't change the screen to a horizontal layout. Check your quick links or widgets then turn off lock orientation.

Once this works, you're all good to go!
