How to Use the Zapier Integration for Property Automations

We've just released a powerful new integration with Zapier that allows you to send property alerts via webhooks, making it easier than ever to automate updates across other platforms, like posting new listings to social media.

What You Can Do

With this integration, you can trigger property automations for:

  • Just Listed (Sale or Lease)

  • Just Sold

  • Just Leased

These automations can be used across residential, commercial, or rural listings. One of the most popular use cases is sending new listings directly to platforms like Facebook using Zapier.


How to Set It Up in Your Zenu Account

  1. Go to Settings > Action Plans > Zapier

  2. Click the + button next to the automation you’d like to set up

  3. Choose the:

    • Sale method (e.g. Auction, Private Sale)

    • Category (Residential, Commercial, or Rural)

    • Listers (specific agents or all agents)

    • Zapier webhook URL (you’ll generate this in the next step)


How to Create the Webhook in Zapier

  1. Log in to your Zapier account

  2. Click Make a Zap!

  3. Under Built-in Apps, select Webhooks

  4. Choose Catch Hook and click Save + Continue

  5. Leave the “Pick off a Child Key” field blank and click Continue

  6. Zapier will generate a Webhook URL

  7. Click Copy to clipboard and paste this URL back into the Webhook URL field in Zenu

  8. Return to Zapier and click Ok, I did this

  9. Zapier will test the webhook — once it says Test Successful!, click Continue

  10. Add your Action (e.g. Post to Facebook, send an email, update a spreadsheet, etc.)

  11. Don’t forget to turn your Zap on once you're done
