Action Plans Property Timeline

The Action Plans Property Timeline allows you to view and set up new action plans for your Office, a Pod or an Individual Team Member.

To add a new Action Plan, you will first need to set up your templates in Settings.

To add a new Action Plan, follow the below steps:

  1. Select who to Build Action Plans For:
    - Office
    - Pod
    - Individual Team Member

  2. Select the Property Type:
    - Residential
    - Commercial
    - Business
    - Rural

  3. Select the Sale Method:
    - Sale
    - Auction
    - Lease

  4. Select the Property Status:
    - Prospect
    - Pre-Appraisal
    - Appraisal
    - Listing Presentation
    - Listed with Other Agent
    - Not Proceeding
    - Pre-Listing
    - Sneak Preview
    - Off Market
    - On Market
    - Withdrawn
    - Under Offer
    - Under Contract
    - Contract Cancelled
    - Pre-Sold
    - Sold
    - Sale Cancelled
    - Settled

    OR Other Events
    - Price Change

    - Sale Type
    - Appraisal Date

    - Listing Presentation Date

    - Listed Date

    - Sale Type Date

    - Listing Expiring Date

    - Auction Date

    - Deposit Due Date

    - Contract Signed Date

    - Unconditional / Sold Date

    - Settlement Due Date

    - Settled Date

  5. Select the relevant Template Type
    - Letters
    - Task
    - Text
    - Email

  6. Click on the template you wish to use.
    This will open a pop-up for you to confirm the details relevant to the template type.

  7. Click 'Create Step' to add the Action Plan item to the Property Timeline.
