If a listing was sold before 1 July 2026, AML verification is not required. This is because the sale occurred before the AML requirements came into effect, so the transaction is not subject to mandatory AML verification.
Once settlement takes place and you need to progress the listing through the timeline to Settled, you can select Manual as the verification method.
This allows you to complete the settlement process without requiring an AML verification for sales that occurred before the 1 July requirement came into effect.
Select AML Verification.
Select Manual & Verify.
Please note that manual verifications can only be completed by a Master user.
