How do I notify a contact's primary team member when documents have been sent?

You can notify the agent via email, text or both email and text

1. Please head to the office settings located in the hamburger menu in Zenu

2. Please click Preferences > Inspection Preferences

3. Please click into Inspection Attendees where you will find the drop-down menu to 'notify' a contacts primary team member (via email and/or text) or 'don't notify' when a document/contract has been sent
