Can agents be notified by a contact's team member when there is an offer request?

Yes, you can!

You can notify them via email, text or both email and text

1. Please head to the office settings located in the hamburger menu in Zenu

2. Please click Preferences > Inspection Preferences

3. Please click into Opens & Inspections where you will find the drop-down menu to 'notify' a contacts team member (via email and/or text) or 'don't notify' when there is an offer request.
