1. Please head to the office settings located in the hamburger menu in Zenu.

2. Please click Preferences > Office Preferences

3. Please click into Others where you will find the toggle to turn the option to always require a Follow-Up Outcome (Spoken To, Voice Mail, No Answer, or Note Only) when completing a Follow Up on/off.
