1. Please head to the office settings located in the hamburger menu in Zenu.
2. Please click into Users & Permissions > Re-Assign
3. Select which team members you want to re-assign an agent's data to and from.
4. Select a tab and re-assign the appropriate data to the new agent by clicking on either an individual item or clicking 'select all'.
5. Once you have selected these, scroll down to the bottom of the page, where you will find the 're-assign contacts' button.
