Transferring all or some listings, contacts, prospects, appraisals or tasks from one agent to another is easy.
Please note, this can only be done by Master users.
In Zenu, click on the Hamburger menu, then settings.
Under Users & Permissions, click on Re-assign.
Select the agents whose data you want to move and in the second box, to team member new agent, the team member who will be getting the contacts, prospects, appraisals, listings or tasks.
Click on the data you want to transfer. You can click Select All or scroll through, clicking on the assets you want to reassign.
Scroll to the bottom and click re-assign. Repeat for the other data that you would like to transfer.
