What is an Email Purge?
The Email Purge tool can be used to import a bulk list of email addresses in CSV format to be marked as invalid in your account. After they are marked as invalid they will no longer receive email correspondence from Zenu.
Having a clean list of emails is important as many email providers have email bounce limits in place. If the bounce rate exceeds acceptable levels your ability to send emails can be affected.
Research shows that high bounce rates can result in over 60% of your emails being marked as spam and therefore never being received by your customers.
We want to ensure that Zenu users have a high delivery rate, and so ask that you continue to review the quality of your email addresses.
To begin a new email purge, follow the below steps:
Navigate to Settings > IMPORT TOOLS & LOGS > EMAIL PURGE
Click on 'What's This' to download a Sample CSV file
Enter the email addresses you wish to purge and save the CSV file.
Click 'New Email Purge' and upload the file
Click PROCESS NOW
This will update the email addresses to invalid in the CRM.
