Master users are able to impersonate other team members. This is a great feature if you are trying to replicate your team members' experience, complete tasks as that team member or troubleshoot any issues they might be having.
Here is how you can impersonate a team member:
Click on your image top right and select to Impersonate
Select the relevant Team Member
Alternatively, you can action this on your "my day" page, simply click on the dropdown beside your name. Now a list of users you can impersonate will appear:
