The Team Member images on your website come from the Team Members Profile in the CRM.
To locate the Team Members Image go to Settings > Users & Permissions > Team Members > Select the Team Member > Click on Images.
The image that most widgets use is Image 1 , you can remove the team members image and upload a new one by clicking Change Photo > Choose File > Upload.
Once you new image is uploaded the old image will disapear and be replaced with the new image.
