Find the contact you wish to find the communication preferences for and navigate to their details page.
If you scroll down the left-hand column, you will find the contacts' communication preferences (whether they want to be contacted via email, text, phone, letter) along with their e-marketing and subscription preferences.
If you click on "preferences" this will open up their contact details so that you can modify these preferences.
