1. Search the address of the Prospect in the Zenu smart search bar.
2. You will see the property is currently listed as Prospect on the property timeline.
3. Click the drop-down arrow next to the Appraisal tab and Click Pre-Appraisal.
4. Click Ok.
5. Fill in this form and click save.
6. This listing is now at the Pre-Appraisal stage on the Property Timeline.
If you don't see the Pre-Appraisal status on your timeline you will need to speak with your System Administrator to get this activated for your office.
