How to set up Allhomes Enquiries to process into Zenu

You can set up your Zenu and Allhomes accounts so that the Allhomes Enquires appear in Zenu.

Please see below instructions on how to set Allhomes Enquiries to process into Zenu:

  1. Login to Zenu and Go to Settings > Users & Permissions > Team Members

  2. Click on each user's name to locate their unique portal enquiry email address.
    EG: [email protected] - If you are unsure where to locate this, please let us know.

  3. Login to https://agent.allhomes.com.au/agent and add the Zenu unique portal enquiry email address as the Secondary Email.

  4. Once this has been done, feel free to send us a screenshot so that we can ensure this has been set up correctly.
