When an enquiry is made on your listing on realestate.com.au, REA will send two emails:
They will send an email notification to you directly to let you know that a new enquiry has been submitted.
βThey will send an email to Zenu containing the details of the enquiry so that Zenu can process the enquiry into the CRM. It will then display as an enquiry in your enquiries module.
Not receiving email notifications from REA?
If you have not received the email notification from REA regarding the new enquiry, the first step is to contact REA directly. This email notification comes directly from REA and is not tied to Zenu in any way. You can reach out to REA and ask them to check that they have the correct contact details for you. This will ensure that the email notifications are going to the correct email address.
