Although Zenu does not have a chatbot option, there are a number of 3rd party chatbots that can be implemented onto your website, the most commonly used chatbot being the Facebook Chatbot.
β
Please note that not all chatbots are compatible with our website builder so we do recommend that you check with our team before choosing to integrate with a specific chatbot company.

Incorporating branding colours:
You may wish to utilise the Google Tag Manager feature in order to implement the Facebook Chatbot onto your website. Implementing the chat via this method will allow for you to customise your branding colours.
If you already have a Google Tag Manager account and have already provided us with your GTM code, you will just need to log into your GTM account and Facebook Business account and follow the steps outlined in this YouTube video to connect the two accounts.
β
Once the steps have been completed, and as long as we have your GTM code plugged into the back end of your website, the Facebook Chatbot will then display on your website.
If you do not yet have a GTM account and code, you can create one here. You can then proceed to follow the steps as outlined in this YouTube video to connect your newly created GTM account to your Facebook Business account. As long as we have your GTM code plugged into the back-end of your website, the Facebook Chatbot will then display on your website.
Incorporating generic Facebook colours:
If you are happy to use the generic Facebook blue on your website or do not have the option to implement the chat via the GTM method as mentioned above, you can follow the steps as outlined on this webpage to create a unique code directly within your Facebook Business account. Once you have generated the unique code, you can provide this to us to implement on your website. This should then propagate within 10-15 minutes of plugging in.
