If you are to receive commission from another agency for your involvement with a sale, and the listing does not exist in your database , a Manual Sales File should be created in order to record the commission. Refer to Creating a Manual Sales File (listing not found in Zenu database) Once you have created the Manual Sales File, under Referral Details change "Our Offices Sale" to "Sale Referred by Another Office". Change Referral Type to "Conjunctional". Enter Referral Amount. Enter details of "Referred By". Save and Close the Record.
The next step is to create an invoice for the "Referred By" Office
Verify relevant details and select Continue
Print the Referral Fee Invoice and forward to the Agency
1- The status has been updated to Invoiced
2- The invoice has been created and awaiting payment
Once you receive your Agency's share into the General Trading Account, enter the amount as a New Receipt
Verify details and Save the Record
You have the option to print a statement
The outstanding balance is now NIL
The record can now be marked as Completed
