If you are receiving a commission from another agency for your involvement with a sale, you may be required to issue the agency with an invoice.
Link the property in the Zenu CRM database to Zenu Trust following the same process when creating a new sale.
If the property does not exist in the Zenu CRM database, create the record in Zenu Trust by following the steps in the article "Creating a Manual Sales File"
Once the sale record has been created follow the below steps to generate an invoice:
Select "Sale Referred by Another Office"
Update Referral Type to "Conjunctional"
Enter the Referral Amount.
Enter the "Referred By"office.
The next step is to create an invoice for the "Referred By" Office
Verify relevant details and select Continue
Print the Referral Fee Invoice and forward it to the Agency
The status has been updated to Invoiced
The invoice has been created and awaiting payment
Once you receive your Agency's share in the General Trading Account, enter the amount as a New Receipt
Verify details and Save the Record
The outstanding balance is now NIL
The record can be marked as Completed as you have invoiced and received the commission
The commission amount will be included in the agent's commission run
