Once a campaign is linked to Zenu, the next step is to add in the marketing items. A group of marketing items once added, can then be saved as a Template which can be used moving forward. To begin adding new items, click into the item field
Search for the item by entering the ID code. The ID codes were created when items were initially added to your item list. Refer to chapter "Creating Items"
In this example we have entered RE. This will display any items that begin with RE.

Once you have selected the relevant item, press the TAB key
You can also search using the description. In this example entering PR will display any item that has a description beginning with these letters

Please note, if your trust settings are set to link to Campaign Track, you are not required to enter individual items, as all billable items will automatically link through.

You can also remove items by highlighting the line and selecting -
You can change the description on an item however this change does not update the item from the items list.
