New Marketing Campaign- How to create a Quote

Prior to proceeding with a campaign, you may be required to send a quote to the Vendor and have the quote signed off. Once the listing is linked to Zenu Trust start adding individual items by selecting + or add a Template (refer to Creating Campaign templates)

Once you have added the items:
1-You can print the quote by clicking on the print icon
2-Or via the Vendor drop down

You have various options as to how the quote is displayed. Options include displaying amounts that the Office or Agents may pick up, or Complimentary items you have included.

To format the appearance of the quote, select Preferences
Please note changes made are relevant to a quote only.

1-Header Section
This is linked to the Legal & Trading name along with the business address. Any changes made to these settings will affect the printing of all Transactions that have "Use Default Reference Block Titles Settings" ticked.

2-Reference Block Titles
Any changes made to these settings will affect the printing of all Transactions that have "Use Default Reference Block Titles Settings" ticked.

3-Settings
This applies to the font used across the system

4-Remittance
Change the appearance of the remittance advice

5- Disclaimer
Add a disclaimer to the bottom of the form

6-Email
Set up the email template

7- Position Settings
To update the position of where a block of information will sit, untick "Use default settings". This allows you to move the position of text blocks.
All measurements are in millimeters from the top, left or bottom of the printed page

8-Print a logo
For further information refer to chapter "Printing a Logo"

9- Transaction Title
This can be customised to your preferences

10-Company Address
Choose various options on how the company name is displayed for example T/A or Trading As

Once the quote is approved, change the Campaign Status from Proposed to Accepted by Vendor

If a quote is not required, simply change the Campaign Status to Accepted by Vendor. You can then start working with the campaign.
