Within Zenu Trust you have the ability to mark line items as "used" across multiple properties, rather than one campaign at a time. Select Marketing | Mark Campaign Lines as Used
Select individual line items across multiple campaigns and mark them as "Used"
You can refine the search by Campaign, Vendor, Supplier or Item Description
If you return to each campaign the relevant line item has now been marked as Used (Brown). An invoice can then be created for the Vendor.
