An invoice can be deleted in its entirety if it was created in the current month you are working in. In this example, we are going to create an invoice to be sent to the Vendor for $ 6845.00. Mark all items as Used
Once the items have been marked as "Used", create the invoice by selecting "Invoice the Used Vendor Items that are Un-invoiced"
Print and/or save the record
All items under the Vendor Amount now appear in green as the invoice has been created
To delete the invoice, you must open the invoice that was created. Select "Transaction Inquiry" to find the existing invoice
Highlight the individual invoice line, and select "Show Highlighted"
Once the record is isolated, select Yes to delete this record
The campaign will now display items in orange, as the invoice has been deleted. You can untick a used item to make an adjustment (such as a price change), or delete an individual line
