Creating your own Reports

Within Zenu Trust you have the option to add multiple data fields to tables and save the inquiry as a new Inquiry View . The Inquiry View can then be exported to excel, printed or saved as a User Report. In this example we are going to add the field "Vendor Budget Remaining" and create a new User Report. To begin - Select Marketing | Campaign Inquiry

1- Right Click on the title bar
2- Add a Column to the end

Select Sort the Fields
Scroll down and find the relevant data field that you would like to include in the new Inquiry

1- Select the field to be included
2- Select Format e.g. Currency
3- Total the Column if relevant

The heading name can also be updated if required.

In this example, the column heading will remain as Vendor Budget Remaining
Select OK

The field "Vendor Budget Remaining" has now been added to the end column.
You can rearrange the order of columns by dragging and dropping

Within this view you can also select to remove columns. In this example we are removing Agents and Office
Right click on "Agent" and select Delete this Column

Select Yes

Once you have finalised the new inquiry view, select close

You will be asked to save the changes as a NEW view
Name the View/Report. In this example, the report is named "Vendor Balances"
Select Save

To switch from one type of Inquiry View to another, select the settings drop down and choose the required view

Print the Inquiry View " Vendor Balances"

Send the Inquiry View to Excel

The inquiry you have just created can also be added to your user reports and used ongoing.

Open the inquiry view (Vendor Balances)

From the print icon select User Reports | Save Inquiry View as a User Report

The new user report can be made available to "Everyone" .
If the report has a search functionality set, it can also be pinned to a Menu
The report header options can also be altered

The new Report "Vendor Balances" has been saved under User Reports
This report is now easily accessible moving forward

There is no limit to the amount of user reports you can create from different inquiries.
