How do I create a vendor report

  1. Navigate to the "report" tab on the listing

  2. Select the "new report" button

  3. Name your report, choose a template (if you are creating your report from a template), the page size and orientation, then save

  4. On the right-hand side you will see the different widget options that you can drag into your report. Choose a widget and drag it to the grey area on the screen

  5. A pop-up will appear that allows you to enter the data you wish to show on your report. Enter the data and click save to add this page to your report
    Note, for widgets such as enquires and inspections, you will need to select the tick to add the data to the report or if you click on "select all" it will add all the data to the widget

  6. If you have entered the incorrect data or would like to modify the widget, select the pencil icon at the top right of the widget. If you would like to remove a widget, select the bin icon

  7. Once you are happy with your vendor report, using the buttons at the bottom of the page, you can either view a preview, send the report to your vendor or yourself or print the report if you would like a physical copy
