Creating a Staff Journal

Staff Journals can be created, processed and included in an agent commission statement. To create an ad hoc journal, select Agents | Journal Inquiry.

Create a New Record

1 - Select the Agent
2 - Select the transaction date
3 - Enter a reference and a description
4 - Enter either the credit or debt amount
5 - Enter internal comments if relevant

Save the Record

The new entry is added to the current list of unpaid Journals
The journal will appear on the relevant pay run based on the journal date
