Having owner details for your properties means you can prospect, follow up and send communications to your database in Prospect Live. Without owner details the only way you can interact with a property is to create a letter for them.

1. Perform a search to show some results.

2. Select a property that doesn't have an owner either from the results list or from the map by clicking on them.

3. On the left panel, click the button that says "Add contact"

4. Enter the details of the owner.
