The Radius search is an easy way to select property owners within close proximity to a recent sale, new listing, or any other type of activity you want to target.

You can think of it as a modern version of a letterbox drop that is able to send instant communications to your database with pinpoint accuracy, giving you complete control over your prospecting and marketing.

1. In Prospect Live select "Draw" from the Search Method options:

2. Select the circle shape from the Drawing Tools

3. On the map, click to set the center of the circle, then click again to set the outside of the circle:

4. Select any other filters you want to apply, or leave them open to select all owners within the area. Press the "Search" button to show the results:

5. Now you have all of the results you can click into individual owners to follow them up, or select all to send a bulk action / communication:
