The calendar and appointment features in Zenu only work once your calendar is connected. Linking your calendar allows Zenu to automatically create appointments for Appraisals, Inspections, and Auctions. Once connected, any time you add a record with a date and time, the corresponding appointment will appear in your calendar.
How to Connect Your Calendar
Open the Appointments Module
Go to the Appointments module in Zenu and click Full View. This will open the calendar login screen.Choose Your Account Type
Zenu integrates with Google and Microsoft Office 365 accounts.
If you don’t already have one, sign up using the provided links on the login screen.Sign In to Your Account
Click Sign in with Google or Login with Microsoft Office 365, and make sure you select the correct email account if multiple are logged into your device.
4. Grant Access Permissions
Follow the on-screen prompts to allow Zenu to access your calendar.
For Google, click Select All when asked what Zenu can access, then click Continue.
For Office 365, Zenu will automatically connect to the account currently logged in on your computer.
Once your calendar is connected, any appointment created in Zenu will sync automatically. The email address you sign in with will be used for all calendar invitations sent from Zenu.
How Appointments Work
After your calendar is connected, appointments will be created automatically for any new Appraisal, Inspection, or Auction record that includes a date and time.
If someone else creates the record, both that person and the attending agent must have their calendars connected for the appointments to appear correctly.
You can view all appointments directly in the Zenu calendar, including those created in Zenu and any imported from your connected calendar.
