The following reports can be generated in your Zenu account under the Reports module (located in the hamburger menu):

How do I generate a report?
Click on the heading of the report you wish to create.
βRefine the columns, fields and dates you wish to generate and click 'BUILD REPORT'
βThis will display a preview of the report in the CRM. You will then have the option to 'EDIT SEARCH OPTIONS' if you wish to change any of the fields and then either PRINT or EXPORT TO CSV.
Who can access reports?
A Master User can determine which roles have access to each report under Roles & Permissions in Settings:

How do I add a report to my Favourites?
Once you have generated the report, click on the green 'SAVE TO FAVOURITES' button at the bottom right:
You will be prompted to give the report a name and this will then fall into your Favourites tab. You can manage, edit and share the report from this page and you can also set up a schedule to automatically receive the report via email.
