When viewing the error message "the connection for this process has been disrupted or the connection couldn't be established"
Indicates that the user’s PC can’t “see” the Zenu Trust service running on the Windows Server, over the network.
This is usually because;
The Zenu Trust Service is not running on the Server. If the Server has been restarted the Service sometimes doesn’t start, even though it’s set to “Automatic”, and needs to be started manually.
Or There is a firewall that is blocking the User’s Zenu Trust runtime from “seeing” the Zenu Trust service on the server. Add a rule to let the Zenu Trust app on the server accept incoming connections
Or There is a network problem and the user’s PC cannot “see” the server over the network at all. If this is the case, your IT team will need to diagnose and fix the issue as unfortunately, this is out of our control.
