If you would like to give access to an external party such as an accountant, but would like to restrict their access, a user can be created with various permissions unticked.
From Options - User Inquiry, create a new user +
Add or remove permissions
Create a new password
The new user can log in using their credentials and access Zenu Trust in the same way your office currently does
