Generating Reports for Sold & Settled Listings

You have multiple options to use for generating a report for sold and settled listings.

To generate the most useful report for your business, ensure that you select the applicable sale status in the status field so that the report generates the information that you are looking for.

If you are looking at generating a report that gives you a breakdown of commissions and other sales figures, we recommend using the Commission Spreadsheet.

Whereas if you are looking for more data on the listing itself then we would recommend using the Spreadsheet Stocklist.

Both reports can be filtered by date range and you can add multiple fields into the report by selecting them in the various filters.
