Your listings can be sent straight to REA as sold.
To ensure the listing doesn't push to portals while still On Market, ensure you have disabled the portals prior to marking it as an active listing in Zenu.
From here you can process the listing as you normally would within the CRM.
Once you move the listing to SOLD in Zenu, you can enable portals and select 'Send Now' to push a Sold status to REA.
To enable portals:
Scroll down to the Portals, located on the Details page of the Sold Listing
Hover on the ellipses and celect Edit Portals
Select REA (it will turn blue)
Select Save
Then click Send Now to push the update to REA.
