How to Add E-marketing Subscribers

There are different ways to add a contact or contacts as a subscriber to an e-campaign.

E-marketing Subscribers Tab

First is through the Subscribers Tab in E-marketing.

Once you've set up your Design and Preview, you can now start adding Subscribers. In the Subscribers Tab, you can refine by team member, contact type/tag, criteria, source or type the keyword at the bottom field.

Click Next and you should see the contacts that were added.

Listing - Activity Page

If you'd like to send the campaign to enquirers or attendees of a specific listing, you can use this option.

Just go to the Activity Page of the property you want and then in the Snapshot section, click the tab Enquiries/Inspections or both. Click Select All on the left side of the section and then Actions > E-market.

It will bring you to the E-marketing Module. Click Draft and open the campaign you're working on.

Click OK on the blue banner at the top of the page to confirm adding the contacts.

Contacts Module

Adding subscribers via the Contacts Module is a bit similar to the process of the Listing Activity Page.

Go to the contacts module. Select All if you want to add all of your contacts and open the Filter section if you want to add selected contacts only.

Click Select All on the left side of the screen and then Actions > E-market.

It will bring you to the E-marketing Module. Click Draft and open the campaign you're working on.

Click OK on the blue banner at the top of the page to confirm adding the contacts.

Once done, schedule your campaign to be sent and you're all set!
