The permissions below apply to the E-Marketing module in Zenu.
'Send Marketing Emails' if checked, allows the user to access the E-Marketing module of Zenu. The user has the access to add subscribers to a campaign and send this from the system. It also allows the user to select multiple contacts from the contacts, listings, pipeline, prospects & appraisals pages of Zenu and add them to an E-Marketing Campaign.
'Create Custom Campaigns' if checked, allows the user to create an e-marketing campaign that is not using an existing template. This works alongside the permissions; 'Add widgets', 'Edit widgets' & 'Move Widgets' as without these, creating a new campaign will only allow you to name the campaign and send to chosen subscribers. You will need to have those permissions enabled to be able to use 'Create Custom Campaigns' to its potential.
'Add Widgets' if checked, allows the user to drag widgets from the right hand to the left to design the e-marketing campaign.
'Edit Widgets' if checked, allows the user to click on the pencil icon to update the contents of the widget.
'Move Widgets' if checked, allows the user to re-arrange the position of each widget in an e-marketing campaign.
'Read-Only access' if checked, prevents the user from sending any e-marketing campaigns. It will only allow the user to see what has been sent and to who. Please note this permission overrides any above e-marketing permissions including 'Send Marketing Emails'
'Modify Colours' if checked, allows the user to adjust the HEX codes on each e-marketing campaign. This also includes changing the Fonts.
