How to Send a Summary to Vendors After an Open for Inspection

After hosting an Open for Inspection, it's important to follow up with vendors and provide them with a summary of the event. This summary can include important information such as the number of groups that attended, documents shared, and levels of interest. With Zenu, sending a summary to vendors is quick and easy. You can choose to do it manually or set it up to be automated for convenience.

Setting Up the Summary

To set up the summary feature, you will need to navigate to an Open for Inspection with Zenu. Once you have opened the event, you will see an icon for the report at the top right of the screen. Click on this icon to access the summary settings.

Once you have clicked on the report icon, you will be able to adjust the statistics that will be included in the summary. You can choose to include the number of groups that attended, documents shared, and levels of interest. This allows you to customise the summary to best suit your needs and the needs of your vendors.

Sending the Summary

Once you have set up the summary, you can easily send it to your vendors. Simply click on the "Send Now" button and the summary will be automatically generated and sent to the vendors. This saves you time and ensures that your vendors receive the information they need in a timely manner.
