Adding the Birdeye Chatbot

At this time, Zenu doesn't have any integration with Birdeye.

You can still add this via Google Tag Manager.

First, log in to your Google Tag Manager account. Select the account, ensuring that it is the same Google Tag Manager ID you have on your web builder's settings.

Click on Add a new tag

Name the tag (eg Birdeye Webchat)

Click on the Edit pencil icon for 'Tag Configuration'

Select Custom HTML

Paste the script into the HTML box

Click on the Edit pencil icon for Triggering

Select All Pages

Save

Submit

Publish

Please wait up to 30 minutes to ensure the chat displays on your site.

If you have an adblocker on, you may need to disable this for it to display.

And you're done!
