Adding the Offer Widget to Your Website

To start accepting offers directly from your website, you’ll need to add the Offer Widget to your listing page. Follow the steps below:

1. Add the Offer Widget

  1. Navigate to the Single Listing Page in your website editor.

  2. Add a new widget to the page.

  3. From the widget list, select Listing Details > Offers on the left-hand side.

2. Style the Widget

Once added, you can customise the look and feel of:

  • The Offer Widget displayed on the listing page

  • The Offer Form popup shown to buyers

3. Configure Offer Options

You can enable or disable a range of fields and settings, including:

  • Date of birth

  • Home address

  • Second buyer

  • Deposit

  • Purpose of purchase

  • Counter-offer notifications

  • Settlement length

  • Settlement date

  • Need to sell

  • Recommend solicitor

  • Disclaimer

4. Publish Your Changes

Once you’re happy with the setup and design, publish the page. Offers will now appear on your listings.


Enabling Offers for Your Listings

If you are a CRM user

You will need to enable online offers at the listing level.
When creating or editing a listing, toggle Allow Online Offers to approve offers for that property.

If you are a website-only customer

You can enable offers directly in the website platform.
Go to Listings and toggle the Offers button for the relevant property.
