Understanding Website Analytics

Understanding Your Website Analytics within the Zenu Web Builder Dashboard

Updated over 2 months ago

When you open the Website module in Zenu, your Website Analytics will automatically appear on the main screen.

This section provides an overview of how your website is performing, helping you monitor engagement and visitor activity.

What You’ll See in Website Analytics

Your analytics summary includes the following key metrics:

  • Total Views – The total number of times your website has been viewed.

  • Appraisal Enquiries (Sales and Rentals) – The number of appraisal enquiries received for both property sales and rentals.

  • Listing Enquiries (Sales and Rentals) – The number of enquiries made on your sales and rental listings.

  • General Enquiries – The total count of general contact enquiries submitted through your site.

  • Top 5 Visited Pages – The most frequently viewed pages on your website.

  • Top 5 Sale Listings – The sale listings that have received the highest number of views.

Adjusting the Date Range

By default, the data displayed covers the past 28 days.
To view a different period, use the dropdown menu to select 7 days or 90 days instead.

Viewing Detailed Listing Analytics

If you’d like to see more detailed data about your Listing Views, go to the Insights tab and click Listing Views.

From here, you can view and download data for both Sale and Lease Listings. Use the dropdown menus in the top-right corner to choose your preferred timeframe — 7, 14, 30, 60, or 90 days.

Using Your Analytics

These insights can help you identify which listings and pages are attracting the most attention, allowing you to track audience interest, measure marketing effectiveness, and refine your content strategy to drive engagement.
