Creating and cloning a listing both result in a new property being added, however there is a slight difference in how each works.
CREATE LISTING
You create a listing when the address is nonexistent in the database.
How do you check this?
Enter the address in the smart search bar at the top centre of your Zenu CRM account. If the address appears with “Not in database,” it means a new listing needs to be created.
You can click the + icon beside the address and it should bring you to the create listing screen.
CLONE LISTING
You only clone a listing if the address is already in your database and you plan on creating another listing for a different sale method (for sale, lease, auction) or category (commercial, rural, residential, business).
