How to Create a Listing

Anywhere in Zenu you can click on the orange + icon and select + Listing

You will be directed to the create listing page. Here choose the Category, Sale Method, Status, Property Type, and Date Listed. We recommend selecting the Pre-listing status if you are wanting to prepare the listing before advertising.

Search for the address or manually enter it.

Enter the Vendor details and choose the listing agents for this property.

Select the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and carports
​

Add in Property Features if there are any.
​

Enter the search price and Display Price. You may also add in the Listing Description now if you wish.

Select the Portal(s) you want to advertise the listing to. Please note that the listing will automatically feed to the selected portals when moved to on-market status as long as the listing is not hidden from web.

Select the Text Package for this listing.
​

Click Save.
